What you will do
You track every pound on a project, from tender to final account. You will spend time on site as well as at a desk, because you cannot value work you have not seen.
- Prepare valuations, forecasts and cost reports
- Manage subcontract packages and payments
- Agree variations and the final account
- Spend time on site to understand the work
What you will bring
You do not need to tick every box. If you can do most of this and want to learn the rest, apply.
- Quantity surveying experience in construction
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Clear, fair negotiation skills
- Interest in becoming chartered (we fund it)
